4. Payments & refunds

Paid programs are billed at the price displayed at checkout. Unless required by applicable law, fees are non-refundable once a cohort begins or a self-paced module is accessed. Specific refund terms for a program will be shown before purchase.

5. Intellectual property

All course materials, videos, text, and graphics are owned by Legal Risk Alert or its licensors and are protected by copyright. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own learning.

6. Global Leadership Law Associate Certification

The Global Leadership Law Associate Certification confirms successful completion of the program only. It is not a professional credential and does not authorise the practice of law.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the Services. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
