A cohort shares a start date, live sessions, and (usually) discussion space.

Entitlements come from purchases, subscriptions, or organization assignments. They are the source of truth for what a user can access.

Deactivating a member frees their seat for reuse.

Modules are the main unit of progress inside a course.

Certificates include a verification URL so third parties can confirm they are genuine.

Document Vault keeps important records organized in two spaces: Organization for records that belong to an entity, and Personal for family, property, identity, and private records.

Vault Submit lets a sender request documents by secure link, attach supporting files, add a purpose, and name the receiver who must complete the upload. Submissions are temporary unless the owner downloads, prints, or files the documents into a paid vault.

A vault PIN adds an extra unlock step on top of account sign-in. Keep it private and store recovery information carefully; support cannot simply read or reveal a user's PIN.

A white-label licence lets students open an LRA course in a branded school or institution view, while student sessions and usage are logged in the background for proof and account reconciliation.
